Interpretation

Words whose initial letter is capitalised have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in the singular or in the plural.

App / Application refers to the official Vamos Poker Tour mobile application available on iOS and Android.

KPE Group refers to Kikuxo Poker Events and the brands and companies belonging to it, including, but not limited to, Vamos Poker Tour, Gladiator Poker Series and European Poker Masters.

Platform refers jointly to the Website and the App.

Service refers to the Platform and any related services made available by the Company.

You or User refers to the individual accessing the Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual accesses or uses the Service, as applicable.

Loyalty Programme Disclaimer

Any information related to the VIP Loyalty Programme — including points, achievements, badges, levels, rewards, benefits and discounts — is provided for informational purposes only and is subject to the official rules of the Programme published on the Platform.

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Loyalty Programme, its requirements and benefits, at any time and without prior notice. Points, badges and achievements have no monetary value and are not exchangeable for cash. Their accumulation is subject to the rules and limitations set out in the Terms and Conditions and in the official Loyalty Programme rules.

No Gambling or Gaming Services Disclaimer

The Service is an informational and promotional platform for the Vamos Poker Tour and the events organised by the KPE Group.
